1,Relay failure

1) Disconnect the DC&AC of relay. After 5 minutes, reconnect the DC&AC. If the relay failure is still alarmed, try to repeat the above process for several times.
If the failure is still alarmed, go to the 2nd step as below:

2) Using multimeter to measure the phase to earth voltage( if it is a three phases system, each group of the phase to earth voltage need to be measured. If the voltage is lower than 100V,it can be judged that the phase to earth line is short out.The earth wire can be temporarily removed to make the inverter continue to work.
Then find the AC cable break point or the phase line to earth line connection point to replace or reconnect the wires.

3) If the phase to earth voltage is normal, contact the technical personnel to handle.

2,ISO

1) Turn off DC switch, disassemble all the other PV panel strings, reserve only one PV panel string.Turn on the DC switch, check whether the ISO failure is alarmed. Then assemble one string each time, check whether the ISO failure alarms to find out the failed string.

2) Check the surface of the failed PV panel string whether there is damage, standing water;check whether the DC wire is damaged connecting to the bracket and ground;also check whether the DC connection is in wet environment.Do adjustment accordingly.

3) If the failure still alarms, using mega meter to test each module of the failed string’s  positive and negative impedance to ground( at least 100KΩ),finding out the failed cell and replace.

4)  If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

3, GFCI(Ground-Fault Current Interrupters)

1) Turn off the DC/AC switch, check whether the AC wires are correctly connected, check whether the AC wires are damaged connecting to ground.

2)  Disassemble all the strings, only reserve one string.Turn on the DC switch, check if the GFCI failure is alarmed;then assemble one string each time, check if the GFCI failure alarms to find out the failed string.

3) Check the surface of the failed PV panel string whether there is damage, standing water;check whether the DC wire is damaged connecting to the bracket and ground;also check whether the DC connection is in wet environment.Do adjustment accordingly.

4) If the failure still alarms, using mega meter to test each module of the failed string’s  positive and negative impedance to ground( at least 100KΩ),finding out the failed cell and replace.

5)  If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

4, Grid connection failure

1) Check whether the grid is power cut

2) Check whether switching elements of the connection grid box(breaker, leakage current protector,Undervoltage protector etc.) trip-out and check the reason of tripping out, whether there is short circuit in line, whether the switching elements match.

3) Check whether the AC wires are connected correctly( whether the live wire, null line and earth wire are connected one to one correspondingly) and firm.Do adjustment accordingly.

4) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

5, connection grid voltage high

1) Check whether the safe standards are set correctly.

2) Check the whether the AC wire connection is firm, whether the AC wire is too long or wire diameter too small.

3) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

6. Bus voltage unbalanced

1) Check whether the DC connected to ground( such as damage of wire, connection in wet environment etc.)

2) Turn off AC, check whether AC Null line connection(inverter output side,AC circuit breaker side) is fine.

3) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

7,generating electricity low

1) Check whether there is clutter or shadow on the PV panels. Do adjustment accordingly.
If the shadow cannot be cleared, add a PV string onto the panels which is shadowed to decrease the shadow influence.

2) Check whether the DC connection is not firm and do adjustment accordingly. Make the DC wire as shorter as you can.

3) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

8,No dsiplay on display screen

1) Check when the DC switch is “ON”

2) Turn off DC switch, disassemble the string.Adjust the multimeter to DC voltage position and test the string voltage to see whether it reaches the starting voltage of the inverter, whether the positive and negative are connected reversely, and whether there is module inside the PV strings are connected reversely. If there is no voltage, check whether the DC connections of the PV strings are fine.

3) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

9, Repeat Byoyomi

If the sunlight is weak, it is normal for inverter repeating byoyomi.

1) Turn off DC switch, then turn on after several minutes.

2) If still repeating byoyomi, turn off the AC switch, check on the display screen whether the DC input voltage is too low( lower than starting voltage). If too low, check whether some modules’ positive and negative are reversely connected, and whether the DC connection are fine.

3) If problem not solved by above solutions, contact the technical personnel to handle.

10,The inverter is online in monitoring system, but the generating electricity curve cannot be found.

1) Check whether the time of the inverter is accordance with local time.

2) Check whether the inverter’s tine zone in the monitoring is correct.

3) If  problem not solved by above solution, contact the technical personnel to handle

11,GPRS logger(monitoring module) cannot be connected to the monitoring system

1) Check whether the “Run” light on the GPRS logger is flashing. If the light is not working or not flashing, open the logger, check whether the SIM card are correctly assembled.

2) If problem not solved above solution, contact the technical personnel to handle.
